We are hearing a lot of incidents and news these days.
Not only the world, but there are also various worries within us, different sounds, and voices coming from the past, present, and future.
Phew. Let's give ourselves a break.
There's a Korean word, "Sinabro."
It's a native Korean word, not derived from Chinese characters, meaning "slowly but surely without noticing." In these hectic times, we might be getting "sinabrro" tired without even noticing.
But wait a moment! Did you know that there's a "Sinabrro Healing Path" in Chungcheong and Jeolla provinces of Korea?
It's a place where you can escape the noisy city for a while, walk through forest paths, and enjoy relaxation while listening to the sound of wind and water. We've prepared a special program that combines this healing path with "Magoksa," one of Korea's 7 UNESCO-designated temples.
Magoksa is a place where 1500 years of time have stayed, from the ancient Baekje period through Joseon, the Korean Empire, to today. It was especially favored by King Sejo, the 7th king of Joseon, and you can feel the traces of Baekbeom Kim Gu, who led Korea's independence.
Walk along the pine forest path of this historically significant Magoksa, listen to the resonance of the meditation bell, and take a moment to escape from your complex worries.
This travel program is organized in two ways: a day trip for those who can only spare a short time from their busy schedule, and a 2 Days & 1 Night program for those who want to enjoy more leisure time.

Especially for the first 15 minutes, you'll need to climb a steep hill!Light jacket - You might get hot while walking or doing other activities, but the weather can be unpredictable in the mountains. To avoid catching a cold from the wind when you're sweaty, please prepare a light windbreaker or similar outerwear.
Handkerchief or tissues - You can use these when you sweat.
Personal trash bag - Unfortunately, there are no trash cans. Please prepare a small bag to hold your personal trash.
1 personal water bottle or camping cup - There are mineral springs flowing in various places. If you're thirsty, you can drink the Magoksa valley water from springs around Magoksa. There are shared cups at the springs, but we recommend bringing your own cup!
Snacks like chocolate - You might need energy while walking the mountain forest path, so please prepare energy bars according to your physical condition.
